What will you be doing?
Leading and managing the service and modernization sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Developing and implementing sales strategies to expand market share and enhance customer loyalty.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to acquire new ones.
Assessing and presenting solutions for modernizing elevators and escalators, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless project execution and outstanding customer service.
Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
Preparing and presenting sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
Are you the one?
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in managing and leading sales teams.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to inspire and support team members in achieving their goals.
A supportive, collaborative, and team-player mindset to build positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
Strategic thinking with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver results.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics is an advantage.
