Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

Leading the RFQ process to secure the onboarding of major customersCreate and develop a sales pipeline and onboard €50m + worth of business annuallyEngage in thorough market research to ascertain customer insights, including current and future needs, providing information and recommendations to the sales teamContribute to the conceptualisation and execution of future strategy plans, whilst also overseeing the progress of plansCollaboration with the marketing team to develop and strengthen external messaging

To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:

10+ years of experience leading business and market developmentExperience in technical sales across the contract logistics sectorBachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)Track record of results in a fast-paced environmentExperience in business development/sales in logisticsProfessional Standard English & Dutch or Flemish depending on locationStrong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The expected OTE for this position is between €150,000-€200,000 per annum.
