QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor's degree in hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management  or it's equivalent. Must have atleast 3 years' experience in Hotel Industry specifically in Sales and Marketing Department. Good written and verbal communication skills Selling and Negotiating skills Customer Focus Organized, team player and adaptable. Well versed in MS tools Database Management

Build and maintains strong relationship with corporate clients, travel agencies, and key accounts. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and maximize occupancy. Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance on effective sales techniques and strategies. Assist HOS to ensure successful operation of Sales Department.
