Responsibilities:
Develop GTM strategy for MBD ChinaLead the MBD China Sales team to identify and capture the new business opportunitiesEngage the team to implemented sales model transformation and strongly improve end customer intimacyCollaborate with other functions to build channel management framework, sales performance metrics, and etc to enhance sales excellenceDevelop effective team structure and build talent pipeline for business sustainable growthMinimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of sales management experienceExperience in microbiology is requiredExperience in a matrixed organizational structure is admiredDemonstrated team leadership ability working effectively across functionsStrong communications skills and manage complexitySelf motivated and result drivenStrong analytical skills and the ability to draw actionable conclusionsFlexibility to travel up to 50% of timeBachelor’s degree required, MBA will be a plusFluent English is a plus
