What You'll Be Doing: Heavy Proactive prospecting (outside calls, client visits, etc.) to generate organic business, close deals, and achieve sales targets Focus on GROUP Sales Design and implement enticing offers and packages for guests, travel agents, and corporate clients Create a comprehensive sales activities plan for the hotel Analyze sales results to optimize performance Ensure smooth and efficient sales operations Collaborate with the revenue manager to enhance group booking options and discounts Your Skills and Experience: 5+ years of hotel sales experience, preferably with knowledge of the market Experience with the Hyatt brand is a plus Exceptional communication skills to influence and persuade clients Advanced knowledge of sales and hospitality principles Proven track record of selling across multiple market segmentsDon't miss this opportunity to showcase your passion for sales and drive for exceeding targets.
