Job Description

As a Senior Sales Manager at Devoteam, you will be an integral part of our mission to become the leading ServiceNow partner in the Swedish market. You will play a pivotal role in driving the continued growth of our ServiceNow business by selling ServiceNow licenses and related consultancy services to a diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors in Sweden.   

You will be a trusted advisor to our clients, understanding their business challenges and demonstrating how Devoteam's expertise and ServiceNow's capabilities can deliver exceptional value and drive digital transformation. You will work closely with our Business Development, Marketing, and Delivery teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies that expand our market presence and strengthen our client relationships.   

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the Swedish market.   

Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in Corporate, Enterprise, and Public Sector organizations, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.   

Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that address client needs and drive adoption of ServiceNow's platform.   

Lead all aspects of the sales cycle, from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.   

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce).   

Contribute to the development of best-in-class sales practices and methodologies within the ServiceNow sales team.   

Stay abreast of industry trends and ServiceNow's evolving product offerings to provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients.  

Qualifications

A proven track record of success in selling enterprise software solutions, with a strong preference for experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem.   

A deep understanding of solution and value-based selling methodologies, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.   

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at all levels of an organization.   

Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to identify client needs and develop compelling solutions that deliver measurable value.   

A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.   

Fluent in English and Swedish, both verbal and written.
