Company Overview: We are recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturer of Flexible Packaging, serving the Food, Pharma and Home & Personal Care markets.
Role Overview: As a Senior Sales Manager, DACH, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and market share within in the Flexible Packaging market. Leading a team of Area Sales Managers, your primary focus will be on leadership, key account management and business development within Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Fluency in German, Italian and English is essential.
Key Responsibilities:To maintain and develop strong relationships with customers, identifying and understanding their needs, and acting as their strategic partner.To lead a team of Area Sales Managers and Customer Service Assistants dedicated to the business area.To manage the commercial relationships and sales, of flexible packaging and integrated solutions for packaging.To set the region sales budget and define new market needs / opportunities.To research, identify and evaluate business development opportunities.To support the EMEA Sales Director in the development of the business plan.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a business orientated or related subject.A minimum of 10 years experience in sales and business development, with an additional minimum of 5 years leadership experience.Fluent English, German and Italian.Excellent communication skills as well as great teamwork, planning and organizational abilities.Ability to travel within Europe as needed.This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious senior sales professional to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact on our business growth in Europe.
