We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager for the business unit of Corporate Performance Management (CPM), to lead and drive sales activities in Hong Kong for CCH Tagetik software portfolio. You will be reporting to Managing Director, Greater China.
This is a Permanent Full-Time position, to be based in Wan Chai, Hong Kong (hybrid working arrangement). #LI-Hybrid
About the Role
You will take on significant responsibility for driving revenue growth across a broader territory or area. Your role involves strategic planning and robust client engagement.
Develop and implement sales plans to meet departmental revenue targets.
Analyze market trends to adapt sales strategies and maximize opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Coordinate with marketing to align sales initiatives with promotional activities.
Facilitate regular strategy meetings with the sales team to drive collective success.
Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures.
Monitor sales metrics to make data-driven decisions.
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to build the brand.
About You
7+ years working in Field Sales or Account Management or other equivalent experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
Experience adapting functional/departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges and objectives
Strategic Sales Planning: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales plans.
Client Engagement: Expertise in engaging and managing relationships with key clients.
Market Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing market data to inform strategic decisions.
Collaboration: Effective coordination with marketing and other departments.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Skills in using sales metrics to guide team efforts.
Networking: Proficiency in building professional relationships at industry events.
