Qualifications & Experience:

\n\nMinimum of two years of hotel experience in guest contact areas.\nExperience in Corporate sales is preferred.\nKnowledge of  local market is a plus.\n\n

Skills:

\n\nStrong negotiation and communication skills.\nExcellent time management skills.\nProficiency with Delphi/Salesforce is preferred.\n\n

What will I be doing?

\n

Sales and Customer Relationship Management

\n\nRepresent the hotel to develop corporate market segment and new customer relationships.\nMaintain existing relationships with assigned accounts.\nAim to maximize revenue in rooms, public space, food and beverage, and ancillary products and services.\nNegotiate contracts and manage corporate group accommodations.\n\n

Prospecting and Business Development

\n\nResearch, solicit, and generate new leads.\nEngage in outside sales activities, including tradeshows and customer events.\nDevelop and execute business plans for designated markets.\nMaintain an updated pipeline of business opportunities.\n\n

 Negotiations and Contract Management

\n\nNegotiate contracts with end-user customers and intermediaries.\nProvide solutions that meet the financial goals of the hotel.\n\n
