\nA Senior Sales Manager/Sales Manager (Proactive) with Conrad Hotels and Resorts manages designated corporate accounts, to develop and solicit new business – driving total hotel revenue – rooms, catering and F&B outlets.

\n\nWhat will I be doing?
\nAs Senior Sales Manager/Sales Manager (Proactive), you are responsible for working closely with the Assistant Director of Sales/Director of Sales to drive business needs, explore new business and expand existing business through promotional efforts and sales channels. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nProvide total account management to assigned corporate portfolio to maintain and develop existing and new business opportunities for the hotel, thereby increasing market share of existing accounts to achieve hotel budget and Sales Incentive Plan\nMaintains a high level of exposure for the hotel through direct sales calls, telesales calls and written communication to existing and prospective accounts to solicit business, engage sales activities, and provide sales proposals and other external sales presentations\nConduct Conrad Journey (site inspections) and host as entertainment for potential clients where relevant and appropriate\nAnswer client queries in a prompt and professional manner\nTo establish and engage working relationship with Hilton Worldwide Sales offices\nTo identify new corporate clients from hotelligence to maximize sales potential\nTo maintain proper Hilton data entry standards for Account Management database using Delphi.fdc system\nTo ensure proper rate loading entry standards in OnQPM\nProvide weekly submission of sales call plan and sales call activity report via Delphi.fdc\nMaintain a comprehensive and updated Account Development Plan based on portfolio assigned\nTimely submission of proposals, corporate rate agreement and RFPs\nTo keep up to date with market trends, market conditions and competitor developments and customer performance\nAddress and resolves any issues or complaints from clients\nAttend hotel / departmental meetings and other scheduled meetings or hotel events to support business operations, such as daily morning briefings, Business Development meetings, lateral service, etc\nConduct “Bring Back Old Business” and repeat calls to increase demand and overall revenue\nSubmit sales activities to ADOS/DOS on a weekly basis, achieving the minimum number of activities per week\nEnsure that sales call plans are submitted on weekly basis the week prior to ADOS/DOS\nCooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience\nWork with Assistant Director of Sales / Director of Sales to design and implement strategic business plans; identify emerging markets and market shifts\nSupport Assistant Director of Sales / Director of Sales in coaching and performance monitoring of Sales Manager / Sales Executive / Sales Coordinator\nAny additional tasks assigned by the Director of Sales or Commercial Director.\nWhat are we looking for?
