Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist (Level 4) to join our Sales Operations team in Renton, Washington.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast paced environment. In this role, you will manage the authorization of contractual commitments and technical data requirements for commercial airplane customers that are receiving new aircraft. You will help support the entry into service teams, sales teams, airline customers, and partner with multiple business units across the commercial business throughout the lifecycle of the aircraft.

Position Responsibilities:

Reviews Commercial airplane contracts and any other related agreements, for airline contract delivery dates, customer support details, technical data and other requirements that directly impact support services.

Releases the Customer Program Directive authorization for both direct sale and leased content according to contractual requirements.

Manages airline customer data and document orders for customers.

Manages Airplane Configuration Tracking (ACT) updates; owner/operator, registration, and country of origin.

Provides direct support to airline customers relating to aircraft data and documentation and the processes and systems associated.

Supports sales campaigns with expertise on customer and aircraft tier status, aircraft data & documentation contractual entitlements, pricing and strategic recommendations.

Participates in new model gated process to support airline customer data and documentation requirements.

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with airline customers, internal stakeholders (including Airplane selling teams, Services selling teams, Customer Support, Entry into Service, Boeing Global Services, etc.), peers and partners.

Leads or participates in projects that support continuous improvement of business processes and tools.

Represents the Pro Forma Management team on key programs, or initiatives.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

3+ years of experience in a role that required strong attention to detail

3+ years of experience in the airline and/or aviation industry

5+ years of experience in a customer service role

5+ years of experience communicating and collaborating directly with internal or external customers, peers, other employees, and all levels of leadership

5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s Degree or higher

3+ years of experience with airline data (manuals) and associated systems

3+ years of experience in providing support to sales and contracts

5+ years of experience working within a cross-functional organizational environment

5+ years of experience balancing priorities in time sensitive situations

5+ years of commercial airline experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $115,600 - $156,400
