Senior Sales Operations Analyst # 4017
The Commercial Reporting Sr. Analyst will be a key contributor to supporting commercial reporting & analytics requests across the commercial organization. The person in this role will build out scalable reporting solutions (for both internal and external customers), and conduct analyses for our channel leaders that are critical to demonstrating the value of Galleri.
This lead will also support commercial ad-hoc activities that may be needed for internal or external reporting on the business or customer metrics. You will also support ad hoc activities, such as supporting marketing and customer success teams. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are critical.
The Commercial Reporting analyst works alongside our market access, sales, marketing, IT, operations, customer service, and product teams to serve our client partners. The ideal candidate will also help develop best practices and be open to other responsibilities.
This position is located in Menlo Park, CA with an onsite requirement of 2 days. Responsibilities: Conduct and deliver internal & external customer analyticsDocument and prioritize customer reporting requirementsCoordinate and execute long-term reporting and evaluation schedules and identify opportunities for growthMaintain Tableau data prep flows / calculated fields on data sources, and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracyRegularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughoutAccurately analyze and collect data for various types of reportsSupport ad hoc & recurring requests to support additional commercial needsSupport various departments, including marketing, customer success, and sales, in reaching their goalsMonitor data to identify changes in business trendsPreferred Qualifications: Ideal candidate will have a BS/BA and 5+ years of work experience (or equivalent)3+ years of experience working at a digital health, healthcare, wellness, benefits or SaaS company preferredAbility to use SQL, Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, and BI software (looker, Qlikview, Domo) to create pivot tables, graphs and charts.Tableau experience is requiredDeep understanding of healthcare and the US healthcare system preferredAnalytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reportsDemonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkersExcellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisionsHigh attention to detailGeneral knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flowA process-focused approach, with strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detailAbility to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendationsDemonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databasesUnderstanding of addressing and metadata standardsAbility to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay termsStrong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, effective consultative styleSelf-starter, curious, and proactive problem solverFlexibility and agility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environmentA strong results focus, with a passion for finding smarter, better ways to achieve goalsThe ability to influence change and bring enthusiasm and excitement to the workplace
