In this pivotal role, you will be a trusted partner to our sales teams and leadership, driving data-driven decisions that fuel business success. You’ll have the autonomy to lead initiatives while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

As part of our Business Operations team, you’ll be central to driving improvements in sales productivity and expanding our reporting and analytics capabilities. What you'll do: Develop and optimize sales metrics, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable insights.Manage and enhance dashboards, ensuring data accuracy for comprehensive reporting across daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly timeframes.Analyze performance data and deliver strategic recommendations to senior leadership, helping to steer business direction.Streamline internal processes by extracting, analyzing, and leveraging data from various sources, including BI systems and Salesforce.Craft compelling presentations that highlight key metrics and provide clear insights for sales and executive teams.Lead process improvement projects to enhance productivity and support the implementation of cutting-edge technologies.Dive deep into Everbridge’s global markets to support market segmentation, territory development, and customer analytics.A strategic thinker with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
What you'll bring: At least 5 years of experience in Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS company, or a similarly fast-paced environment.Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with .Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.Experience with NetSuite and Marketo (bonus to have)
