What you will do:
As our Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will learn about the inner workings of Stryker’s Vocera Sales Operations team. You will help us scale our processes, assist with responding to RFIs, RFPs, security assessments, and ad-hoc reporting, and enable the sales reps on our systems, methods, and sales methodology. You will also partner with the sales teams and collaborate with all the Sales Ops team members. This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgment in applying professional expertise, and one is expected to work independently with minimal supervision.
This is a hybrid role and for the purposes of this role, hybrid is defined as coming onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The office is currently located at 3030 Orchard Parkway but will be moving south by the end of the year.
Collaborate with cross-functional team members to respond to incoming RFI/RFP and Security Assessments.
Creating and implementing a scalable process to update our RFI/RFP repository.
Will research order issues and answer questions from the salesforce
Will work cross-functionally with counterparts to support salesforce and business needs, identifying areas of improvement.
Identify, research, and resolve any system data discrepancies.
High level of understanding sales reporting tools, including Power BI & system logic.
Serves as a central resource and assists with training the new processes/computer systems.
Act as a business partner to Salesforce to provide support, including ad hoc requests, training, and reporting/compensation-related inquiries.
Assist with related special projects as required.
What you need:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in related field strongly preferred however in lieu of a degree, an additional 6 years of work experience will be considered.
2+ years of professional experience required
Experience with reporting tools preferred. i.e., Power BI, Tableau strongly preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Experience with Salesforce, SAP and Oracle CPQ preferred.
$76,300- $118,600 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
