Senior Sales Operations Specialist
Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly dedicated Senior Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in advanced sales strategies, data analysis, and process optimization. This role is critical in supporting our sales teams with actionable insights, tools, and processes that drive efficiency and growth.

Responsibilities:

Utilize Zendesk for managing and tracking sales operations tickets.

Ensure timely resolution of issues and provide support to sales teams through the Zendesk ticketing system.

Analyze ticket trends to identify and address recurring issues.

Evaluate and improve our processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance metrics.

Communicate efficiently with sales teams to address any questions or issues

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and consistent reporting.

Lead and participate in projects supporting overall sales strategy and business objectives.

Create and maintain documentation of processes and standard operating procedures
 

Desired Qualifications:

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales operations, sales strategy, or a related role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.

Zendesk Support, Explore aptitude

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Zendesk, Salesforce CRM, advanced Excel skills, and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with SQL is a plus.

Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, sales cycle, and sales workflow is highly desirable.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Versatility: balance quick wins with quality scalable system; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a penchant for customer service, patience, and resourcefulness. Not afraid to roll up sleeves and get things done

Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, finance or related fields

Willing to work onsite as required
