Senior Sales Representative, Mako
Stryker
+ Detailed funnel/document management for capital sales and target management through CRM (SFDC).
+ Service contracts on the warranty termination schedule.
+ Expanding our presence in the market through collaboration with the marketing department.
+ Find strategies at the department level and increase success rates through a comprehensive report.
+ Deliver messages of products effectively and promote products well based on analysis and understanding of competitive products.
+ Good manage the demo schedule of clinical demonstration robot.
+ Attend meetings, conferences, cadaveric certificate course and exhibitions to promote Mako products and services.
+ Person who builds and leverage cross-functional relationships to bring together ideas, information, use cases, and industry analyses to develop best practices.
+ Tie the business goal of the product or portfolio to the overall goal of Stryker.
+ Achieves a goal without exhaustion through self-motivation.Represent Stryker’s values and maintain integrity in all activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
+ Preferably a minimum of +5 year prior experience in medical capital sales.
+ Prefer with an understanding of joint replacement market in orthopedics.
+ Bachelor's degree in medical engineering, or related field preferred
+ Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
+ Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
+ Analyzing sales projects and managing through CRM(SalesForceDotCom).
+ Collaborate to achieve greater results
+ Excellent negotiation skills
