Our Edmonton materials division is looking for a driven and motivated sales performer with a proven track record of bringing value to the customer by listening to their needs, being responsive and earning their trust daily. The role will be based in Edmonton, Alberta and report directly to the Area Sales Manager.
What You'll Be Doing
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory.Promote sustainability by offering innovative and environmentally friendly solutions to meet customer needs.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and service.Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.Actively maintain customer interactions, market development and strategies through sales planning tools like a CRM.What Are We Looking For
Three to five years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in a construction materials environment or concrete technical experience and knowledgeStrong interpersonal and communication skills to foster effective relationships.Proven ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.High level of organization, time management, and attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel, preferably with CRM experienceWork Environment
This role operates primarily in a professional office environment, with frequent visits to customer locations. You will need to be comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule while meeting key objectives.Our pre-employment process includes reference checks, a criminal record, and drivers abstract check may be required.What We Offer
