Senior Sales Representative

Are you passionate sales and are you ready to drive impactful decisions? Join our Sales team as a Senior Sales Representative.  You’ll be responsible ensuring Sell-in, Sell-through, and Sell-out; while being responsible for the development, implementation, and participation in the design of the commercial strategy for the assigned territory.

 

As a Senior Sales Representative, you’ll execute commercial plans with excellence, ensuring GTM compliance for the region. You’ll lead engagement with all regional stakeholders to maximize customer potential. This is a remote role, located in Medellín, Colombia. 

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

Impact and Influence: Ability to influence others' opinions, convince the client, and guide their decision towards the offer. Analyze, plan, and execute sell-in and sell-out strategies for the assigned territory. Maintain control of portfolio and investment. Achievement Orientation: Direct energy toward achieving objectives and meeting results. Increase Sell and Revenue in Mom & Pops. Territory execution in Mom & Pops. Initiative: Ability to make decisions on relevant matters, make proposals, and be independent. Promote growth and development of assigned clients.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

Professional in Business Administration, International Business, Administrative Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 4 years of experience in the commercial area managing key accounts in the traditional channel and with distributors. Leadership of commercial teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Excellent data analysis and Excel skills. Intermediate level of English.
