This position will be responsible for developing the business of Taiwan Region, duilding up and developing distributor network at Taiwan.
"A. Prepare Weekly/Monthly/Yearly booking and bill forecast, also tracking the business operation daily/weekly;
B. Implementation on Sales activities on Projects and key Accounts to achieve the Sales target;
C. Support on projects pursuit in Key accounts, such as CPC, Formosa, etc, and other O&G and Chemical related companies;
D. Support on marketing promotion action, take business seminar and trade show, improve the influence of Eaton Crouse Hinds at Taiwan marketing;
E. Support build up and maintain good relationships with EPCs and System Integrators, Like CTCI, Honeywell, GE, etc.
F. Support project analysis to understand customer needs across the Oil & Gas Segment and Key Accounts.
G. Conduct competitive analysis and identify market opportunities and threats, catch up right marketing developing trend;
H. Support on training & Coaching for Distributors partner, support them build up sales network, get flow business back in Taiwan;
I. Work with Product department to take necessary product certificate which required by Taiwan Marketing;
J. Coordinate with Eaton R&D, PLM and channel partners on TS certificates for targeted products; "
Bachelor
3 years related experience in electrical and instrumental industry
