Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for the sales of Motion products (drives and electric motors) within the Peruvian market, in line with the division's strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.The work model for the role is: hybrid This role is contributing to the Motion business area in Peru. You will be mainly accountable for:•\tCommunicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.•\tEnsuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.•\tIdentifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.•\tManaging administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.Our team dynamics You will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the roleDegree in Electrical, Mechatronic, or Electromechanical Engineering. You have at least 5 years of experience in sales or commercial positions working with drives and electric motors. You are immersed in the mining segment (nice to have). You are highly adept in Salesforce and SAP (nice to have). You are passionate about teamwork, highly skilled in influencing others, and captivated by effective communication. You are at ease communicating in advanced English. You have 70% availability for travel.
