What this role is all about
As a DevEx Partnership Senior Specialist, you will take ownership of the full sponsorship lifecycle for our Shift Conferences,. You will drive outbound B2B sales, nurture long-term partnerships, and shape sponsorship solutions that support Infobip’s broader developer experience strategy. In this role, you collaborate closely with sales, content, event, and creative teams, working in a culture that values transparency, relationship-building, and impactful storytelling. You thrive when engaging senior stakeholders, understanding their needs, and crafting sponsorships that bring value to both sides.
What you'll do
Lead the full sponsorship sales funnel for Shift (from discovery to closing).
Design tailored sponsorship proposals based on deep client insights and business needs.
Build, nurture, and grow long-term client relationships that result in recurring partnerships.
Collaborate with regional internal sales teams to activate their client portfolio and co-sell effectively.
Conduct detailed stakeholder discovery with founders, CMOs, CTOs, and marketing leaders.
Write compelling outbound and nurture emails that open conversations and drive opportunities.
Partner with content, design, and event teams to craft high-value sponsorship experiences.
What makes you a strong fit
3+ years of experience in outbound B2B sales, ideally closing multi-stakeholder deals.
Proven history of running full-cycle sales - prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing.
Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on long-term partnerships over short-term wins.
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills with senior decision-makers.
Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and influence without authority.
Strong writing skills for persuasive outbound outreach and nurture sequences.
Comfortable shaping custom sponsorship solutions based on client goals and insights.
Nice-to-have qualifications
Experience in native advertising, event sponsorships, or media sales.
Background in B2B inbound lead generation or content-driven funnels.
Stakeholder management experience in scaleups or complex organizations.
Ability to use AI tools to scale outreach or create personalized communication.
Creative selling experience (bundled offerings, custom partnerships, multi-product deals).
