Job Description: As a Rebuilds & Repairs Senior Sales Support Consultant with the Construction Industries Services Division (CISD), you will support and drive achievement of the Latan America Region aftermarket business plan by monitoring industry trends and generating go to market strategies and initiatives that contribute to both the short-term and long-term achievement of these plans. Performance metrics & measures (may include but are not limited to): Rebuilds and Hydraulics aftermarket sales growth, sales funnel lead management, sales variance administration, safety, and professional development.


What you will do:

Serve as a market specialist and divisional expert for Rebuilds and Hydraulics.

Ensure alignment amongst the regional sales teams, product groups, districts, and dealers in developing and implementing aftermarket services and strategic plans.

Develop & deploy correct regional go-to-market business plan and sales variance strategies to capitalize on identified incremental sales opportunities.

Resolve issues related to the aftermarket services offerings and overall commercial performance in the territory; Oversees aftermarket Sales to Users (STU) trends, demand fluctuations, and critical customer requirements.

Provide training and mentorship for regional sales teams (internal and dealer) and Dealer Rebuilds and Hydraulics Aftermarket Growth Specialists.

Results will be evaluated through performance metrics & measures in areas such as rebuilds & hydraulics aftermarket sales growth, sales funnel lead management, sales variance administration, safety, professional development, etc.

What you have:

Customer Focus experience, including field facing experience, which demonstrates your knowledge of the values and practices that align customer and dealer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and the ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.

Problem Solving experience that demonstrates your knowledge and ability to apply approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems.

Strategic Thinking experience that demonstrates your understanding of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning coupled with the ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors.

Effective Communication, influencing tactics and strategies that demonstrate where you have impacted decisions within and outside your own organization.

Basic Requirements:

English Pre Advanced.

Bachelor’s degree

Industry Experience


Top candidates will also have:

Progressively responsible job-related experience in the areas of Prime Product Sales, Aftermarket Sales, Technical Support, and/or Strategic Project Management.

Portuguese Basic


Additional Details:

Position will require travel of up to 50%.
