Conducts individual and group training courses and activities. Is involved in designing new training offers.

This is a remote position but based out of our Issaquah, Washington office.

Your Role: 

Create education and sales training materials for internal use related to cardiovascular ultrasound product and feature sales training product demonstration.

Collaborate with product marketing to co-develop product messaging and identify appropriate clinical segments and applications. 

Conduct complex individual and/or group training courses and webinars in domestic and international settings for sales and clinical sales audience types.

Develop and implement training workshops, exercises and role play scenarios for new product introductions.

Demonstrate and maintain product knowledge, commercial scanning, and presentation skills to create images for presentations, product demonstrations, and to provide instruction in product and clinical applications.

Maintain clinical knowledge of new and emerging clinical applications to contribute to the development of training materials and delivery of training.

Support marketing, product development, and sales activities as requested to support overall ultrasound go-to-market strategies and business requirements.

Work closely with other members of the Ultrasound Organization on the development and implementation of training and education concepts and processes.

Understand, support, and consult on Siemens Healthineers and competitive clinical product offerings.

Your Expertise: 

Experience in development of educational training and delivery of materials. 

Proficient using Microsoft Office software (Word, PPT).

Strong presentation skills with proven ability to handle objections and mange conflict while maintaining professionalism.

Proven ability to work independently and produce timely quality results on multiple projects with minimal instruction.

Required Skills, Education and Experience for this position:

BS/BA in related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

5 years of experience in cardiac ultrasound and current ARDMS (RDCS) registry or equivalent credentials in relevant field(s) (RDCS, RVT).

RDCS or equivalent certification required.

The base pay range for this position is

Min $119,600 - Max $179,400

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
