Senior Salesforce Administrator (Remote in Toronto)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator with strong expertise in Lead-to-Opportunity (L2O) process to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing and maintaining our Salesforce platform ensuring it aligns with the business needs and drives efficiency across the sales and marketing teams. Any previous experience with CPQ is a plus. Additionally, you will partner with teams across Emburse to support our entire customer lifecycle.What you'll do:Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validationsImplement and maintain complex workflows, process builders, and automation to streamline business processesDesign and optimize the Lead-to-Opportunity process, ensuring seamless integration with SalesforceManage the lead lifecycle, including lead assignment rules, conversion processes, and opportunity managementCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead generation, tracking, and conversion effortsMonitor key metrics related to the Lead-to-Opportunity process and recommend improvements based on data-driven analysisProvide ongoing training and support to Salesforce users, ensuring they are proficient in using the platform to its full potentialTroubleshoot and resolve user issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, IT, and Operations, to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutionsServe as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of Salesforce capabilities and limitationsStay up to date with Salesforce releases, best practices, and new features to continuously improve the platform’s effectivenessMake recommendations for improvements to systems and processes to make processes and workflows more efficient and automatedLead and manage Salesforce-related projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.Adhere to governance processes, including but not limited to development life cycles, change management, release planning and scheduling and testing and delivery#LI-LH1#LI-RemoteWhat we're looking for:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related degree7+ years’ experience with Sales Cloud and declarative solutions requiredAbility to work independently, perform impact analysis, and participate in basic DevOps deployment processesExperience building solutions in Lightning ExperienceExperience supporting integrations with a marketing automation platform and other operational tools supporting post-sales initiativesHighly detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in the use of Salesforce Data Loader, Workbench, and Excel to support data analysis & quality initiativesOutstanding testing skills with the ability to identify & execute appropriate depth of testing, including negative tests and integrated test scenariosSkilled in providing end-user support and the ability to create technical documentationAbility to prioritize work according to business needs and independently manage tasks to completionStrong verbal and written communication skills with team members, leadership, and business partnersPassion for delivering quality solutions, data integrity, and operational stabilityCollaborative team playerFamiliarity with MarTech integrations (Marketo, Demandbase, LeanData, etc) preferredFamiliarity with Salesforce CPQ preferredRequired: Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales CloudBonus: Advanced Administrator, CPQ Specialist
