What You Will Do:

Engage customer stakeholders to understand desired business outcomes and define success criteriaArticulate to customer stakeholders the value of recommended solutions and approachLead Discovery and requirements refinement sessions to uncover customers’ business, functional, and technological requirementsSynthesize requirements to create clear and comprehensive user stories and solution design documentationPerform fit-gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and client requirementsDevelop innovative Salesforce solutions, involving declarative configuration of Salesforce, creation and refinement of complex data models, external integration, business process automation,and other custom functionalityDevelop innovative industry accelerators and contribute to thought leadership white paper developmentDraft custom development specifications and manage the delivery and testing of the functionality by Development resourcesIterate Salesforce solutions through an adaptive-agile cycle with the customer Product OwnerDevelop training curriculum and deliver training sessions to the solution’s end usersWork with the Guidehouse Project Manager to manage a project to scope, budget and timeline expectations

What You Will Need:
 

BA/BS degreeA Minimum of six (6) years of work experience in information technology systems development can be substituted in place of a degreeA minimum of seven (5) years of experience administering or consulting with SalesforceMinimum of TWO (2) Current Salesforce Certifications (Admin, App Builder & Sales/Service/Community Clouds)Hands on experience with declarative automation features of salesforce, including salesforce lightning flow builder.Experience building applications with the low code features of Salesforce Lightning ExperienceExperience with dynamic forms, advanced formulas and validation rulesExperience with business process definition, process mapping, and reengineeringExperience with public sector clientsExperience writing Epics, and user stories to capture Salesforce requirementsExperience with data migrations to and from SalesforceUnderstanding of the key levers for B2B, B2C, hybrid business modelsExcellent written and oral communication skillsGreat teamwork and collaboration skillsExperience with Agile or Hybrid-Agile methodology

What Would Be Nice To Have:

Degree in Business, Computer Science, or EngineeringExperience in “Big 4” or equivalent established consulting firm and/or Salesforce Platinum partner highly desiredExperience with public sector clients preferredDemonstrable experience in at least one of Public Sector Solutions or Omnistudio ConsultingMBA preferred

The annual salary range for this position is $109,100.00-$163,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
