RVO Health is looking for an experienced Salesforce Engineer to join our Healthcare team to participate in the development and support of our business applications. You will ensure the solutions we deploy have technical integrity, stability, and are scalable to our growing operations.

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our Atlanta office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do Lead the configuration, development, and deployment for various Salesforce project implementations. Lead the charge from gathering business requirements to architecting and building the tooling and workflows. Communicate with team members to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment. Advise, guide and partner with business leaders on Salesforce analytic strategies, initiatives and tools that will drive business results. Monitor Salesforce system health and utilization. Automate solutions delivery, data pipelines, create data models, and monitor performance. Develops and executes Salesforce data management strategy. Evaluate and upgrade Salesforce AppExchange components and solutions. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of Salesforce Health Cloud experience with implementing, integrating, enhancing, and configuring. 3+ experience with develop, test, document and maintain solutions, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation using Salesforce declarative or programmatic development resources such as triggers, workflows, validations, approvals, Apex classes, Visualforce pages and Lightning components. Proficient Ability to write Apex, or typescript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS. Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed. Ability to support Salesforce.com configuration tasks such as field/page updates, workflows, automated approvals. Proven background launching significant system enhancements and release cycles. Experience integrating Salesforce with other business applications. Demonstrated ownership of owning problems from start to finish. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving scenarios. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards. Strong data management abilities Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, hardworking, and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills Experience cloud exposure Bonus: Omnistudio experience

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

Starting Salary: $105,000 - $150,000*
