The customer-facing and enabling Digital Product and Engineering team at Marvin is seeking a Salesforce Developer to help take the Salesforce Platform to the next level.  We are looking for someone with the ambition, technical experience and skillset to help us simplify and accelerate development via Salesforce development and DevOps best practices.  This role is part of a collaborative team that is responsible for Sales, Service and Marketing enablement via Salesforce.  If you are an experienced developer with a customer-focused mindset who is looking for an opportunity to influence the future of Salesforce at a growing organization, this might be the role for you!      

Highlights of your role Develop Apex classes and triggers, complex Flows, and Lightning Web Components to extend Salesforce to support business requirements Develop custom front end experiences via Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages/Lightning pages and Aura Components Collaborate with the Salesforce Product Team to validate business requirements and any technical considerations including security, scalability and limits Drive the implementation of development best practices, maintain appropriate documentation, and manage test classes for all custom development Use Salesforce APIs and tools to integrate with other internal and external systems Assess and recommend new tools or Salesforce capabilities as needed to maximize Marvin’s investment in the platform (e.g., AI/Agentforce) Improve, implement and manage Salesforce DevOps and release cycles to safely implement and deploy enhancements to configuration and code Maintain business application integrations with Salesforce, such as Docusign and Outlook Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the platform is run securely and meets Marvin Enterprise standards Coach other team members on Salesforce development and other technical best practices and patterns  Compensation $100,000 - $130,000 annually You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing and Experience Cloud product knowledge and at least 3 years of Salesforce development experience Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I Experience with Lightning Web Component development or other Javascript frameworks General web development experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders and other Salesforce team members Proficient with Microsoft Visual Studio, Salesforce Lightning Design System and the Salesforce development lifecycle  Also want to make sure you have Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder, Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I Competency in other development languages (XML, JavaScript, .NET, SQL, C++, SOAP-based web services) Experience with Salesforce/telephony integrations including Service Cloud Voice Active participation in the Salesforce community  We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin
