Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team in West Des Moines, Iowa. As part of our team, you will be at the forefront of our Salesforce operations, leveraging its capabilities across various business areas. You will be instrumental in processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. Responsibilities • Develop and implement Salesforce solutions for the Service Cloud domain • Utilize your knowledge of Sales & Marketing Cloud to enhance business operations • Configure Salesforce applications, including the use of APEX Lightning, Triggers, Process Builder, Workflows, Visual force, and Apex Coding Controllers • Maintain and update Salesforce records with high accuracy • Collaborate with team members to lead Salesforce integration projects • Develop and implement API for data integration tasks • Work with scripting tools like Copado and AMPscript to improve Salesforce functionality • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as needed • Continuously update your Salesforce Platform Developer Certification knowledge to stay ahead in the industry. Requirements • Extensive experience in Salesforce Development is necessary for this role. • Proficiency in Salesforce APIs is a mandatory requirement. • Deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing is crucial for this role. • Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud is expected. • Proficiency in Salesforce.com is a must-have skill. • Knowledge of Salesforce Object Query Language is required. • Experience in Salesforce Configuration is a key requirement.
