Senior Salesforce Developer

ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. This is a remote opportunity. This role is integral to a large-scale project modernizing human resource management systems for the Department of the Air Force. The individual will join an agile development team and actively participate in Scrum ceremonies. A key focus will be developing high-quality, low/no-code solutions within the Salesforce platform. This includes creating and delivering engaging product demonstrations to stakeholders and collaborating with the team to overcome complex business challenges.
This is a fully remote role.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Participate and contribute to sprint planning and sprint review meetings and other Agile Ceremonies
+ Engage directly with stakeholders and end users and provide product demonstrations
+ Implement Salesforce design solutions including system integrations and data analytics
+ Configure software components, units, and modules that meet product specification and development schedules for customers
+ Adhere to product build and release schedules and strategies and use software development pipeline
+ Test and debug complex software components and units
+ Develop product documentation as requested
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Engineering, Math; an additional 6 years of comparable work experience might be substituted for a degree
+ 6+ years of overall development experience
+ 3+ years Salesforce development experience and must possess Salesforce Certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Developer Level 1 or 2 or similar
+ Experience working in an Agile Scrum team and promoting Agile Scrum principles/ practices
+ Experience with ADO, JIRA, or other project management tools
+ Experience in integration with other systems (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Power Platform)
+ Experience with software development pipelines for deployment (e.g., Azure DevOps)
+ Ability to design and build technical solutions using applicable technologies; ability to demonstrate exceptional configuration/coding skills and development discipline
**Clearance Requirements:**
+ US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
+ Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
+ Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations
+ Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
