Our customers (https://eightfold.ai/customers/customer-stories/) Press What you will do (or learn to do) : + Participate in the planning and execution of Salesforce projects and initiatives + Work closely with business stakeholders and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions which is lightweight, performance oriented and scalable + Design, develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce CPQ, API, Flows and other Salesforce development tools. + Integrations: Use APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization. + Should be able to work independently with minimal help and should be a team player + Work closely with stakeholders to identify and fix data issues, fix system issues which causes data gaps and make salesforce as the reliable source of truth. + Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and features, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our Salesforce solutions + Participate in Salesforce projects, including testing, coordinating UAT sessions and demos and deployment activities. + Ensure that our Salesforce solutions are secure, reliable and available to our users + Research and evaluate new Salesforce features and functionality, and make recommendations for adoption based on business needs and technical feasibility + Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, security settings, data management, sandbox management and workflow automation + Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues and provide support to internal users + Monitor Salesforce performance and identify areas for improvement and optimization + Writing functional and technical design documents. What you should already know: + Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud product knowledge and at least 5 years of Salesforce development experience. + Exposure to CPQ is must. + Experience developing customer-facing interfaces. + Data analysis and logical thinking skills are must. + Good knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform. + Experience with the Life Cycle of Development including Salesforce Deployment / Packaging using Metadata API, ChangeSet and code coverage + Experience implementing Salesforce Experience cloud, Service Console is required. + Experienced in Apex, Triggers, JavaScript, VisualForce, LWC, SOQL, REST API, Bulk API etc., + Experienced with flows, approvals, email to case, actions, sandbox configurations and other admin configurations. + Knowledge of security and governance (profiles, permission sets, data visibility, sharing settings) + Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders / other Salesforce team members. + Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues.
