What you'll do:
 
Salesforce Branch Desktop – Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is designed to help accelerate our digital transformation efforts by acting as an efficient single-destination for branch teams, becoming the first thing they log into every day and the central hub of operations for their business.  Accountability for the Salesforce Branch Desktop resides with the CRM Team. This team is a cross-functional group of individuals, including associates and contractors.

As a Salesforce Engineer, you will be a part of a diverse and collaborative team whose end goal is to support our Client Relationship Management Teams. In this role you will interact with vendors and associates in a matrix organization, enhance applications, develop software and tools, and provide support and guidance to our teams.

Here are a few of the key responsibilities you will be a part of:Strategically plan and optimize assigned Salesforce portfolio of products and servicesArchitect, design, implement and deploy integrated Salesforce solutions to solve complex problemsImprove efficiency and effectiveness of operations through process optimization and technology implementationProvide technical leadership related to software development tools, methodologies, best practices, and standardsDevelop and enforce policies, standard practices, and operating procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and organizational standardsProvide direction as to the effective use of technologyPrepare detailed software specifications and provide program or system level estimatesDesign, code, test, debug, maintain and conduct code walkthroughs for programs
