Job Responsibilities :

The SAP FICO Consultant will play a role in supporting SAP FICO / BPC modules from incidents to change requests / projects.Subject matter expert for FICO / BPC module, with SD/MM integration knowledgeParticipate in Project Implementation, Change Management and Service Desk functionServe as key conduit to logistic personnel for supporting the finance and consolidation processesResponsible for designing, developing, configuring, testing, documenting and deploying FICO/BPC functionalityLiaise with business team to understand direction within their area of responsibility and support business initiativesRecognizes impacts of changes and ensures appropriate due diligence is performed before making changes and conduct thorough testing before implementing to avoid reworkReview and recommend process revisions and improvements based on SAP FICO / BPC needs and best practicesOther duties as assigned

Pre-Requisites :Bachelor's degree in one of the following: Business, Accounting/Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field preferredWorking knowledge of Finance and Accounting is requiredMinimum of 7 years of FICO experience in a production environment with SAP S4/HANA that include the design and configuration of SAP Finance modules (FI-CO)Minimum 3 full lifecycle implementations, including requirements analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, go live and supportPossess good working knowledge of SAP ECC-BW/BI integration and some previous working experience on SAP Finance integration with BW/BI Environments ( e.g. SAP BW 7.4/7.5, HANA etc.) is preferred SAP SD and MM integration experienceImplementation experience with BPC 11 is preferred but not essentialSAP or other ERP project management experience is a significant plusInternational SAP experience is a plusExperience communicating technical and business solutions and issues to all levels of individuals, including business and technical stakeholdersStrong oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively across a complex and diverse group of stakeholdersExtensive Finance business process and functional knowledgeAbility to manage work load and deliverables in a fast-paced environment with competing prioritiesSelf-starter with strong sense of urgency and a collaborative approach, able to thrive working with minimal supervisionAbility to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environmentTime management skillsDemonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
