About the team:

SAP's Corporate Process and Information Technology (CPIT) organization offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced technical professional in the Payroll product team. In our international, fast-paced environment, you will help drive strategic business objectives throughout the product lifecycle.

 

What you’ll do:

Ensure legal compliance of the Payroll solution for Italy, Austria, Netherland, Czech & Russia Collaborate with external strategic partners to manage solution operations and smoothly transition deliverables from Development to Operations Drive continuous improvement within the Product area in terms of operational efficiency, reducing TCO, support quality and customer satisfaction Review and validate all new legal requirements for payroll Italy, Austria, Netherland, Czech & Russia solution Engage with relevant stakeholders and provide technical, functional as well as business process knowledge within the Product area Stay updated on functions, applications and new technologies relevant to the Product area Foster innovation as needed to address challenges and drive progress Ensure Product area is compliant with Global IT technical, quality and process standards Support the SAP’s cloud transformation journey and HR System Landscape modernization

 

What you bring:

6+ years professional working experience in SAP Application related project delivery and support in SAP HCM Payroll for at least one of these countries (Italy, Austria, Netherland, Czech & Russia)  Technical experience with SAP HCM Payroll Good knowledge of local legal payroll requirement for at least one of the country payroll (Italy, Austria, Netherland, Czech & Russia) Knowledge in the following areas is a plus: HR ABAP OO, UI5, Webdynpro. Knowledge in SuccessFactors Employee Central or EC Payroll would be an advantage  Proficient in identifying, understanding, and reviewing customer needs, objectives, and business requirements to ensure the effective design and implementation of operational IT solutions Demonstrates strong teamwork skills, actively engages in proactive networking, and maintains a focus on achieving results and executing tasks efficiently Motivated to work in international, intercultural settings, and agile framework environments, contributing positively to collaborative work dynamics Possesses strong analytical abilities, along with excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
