Role overview:
As a Senior SAP Finance Consultant, you will be crucial in guiding clients through their SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation and transformation journeys. You will leverage your deep expertise in SAP Finance modules, understanding of accounting principles, and ability to integrate functional and technical perspectives to design, implement, and optimize solutions. With a focus on quality and value, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployments and long-term client success.
Main responsibilities:
lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation or implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live supportprovide strategic guidance on best practices, industry standards, and process improvements that enhance clients’ financial operationscollaborate with stakeholders to align business requirements with SAP capabilities, ensuring optimal functionality and performancementor and support junior consultants, offering insights, training, and leadership to build team competency and engagementpartner with technical teams to facilitate integrations, manage interfaces, and maintain data integrityproactively identify opportunities for system enhancements, cost optimization, and streamlined financial processes.maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving SAP S/4HANA functionalities, tools, and techniques, and share insights with clients and colleaguesknowledge of integration points with SAP Logistics, Procurement, and Sales modules to ensure a cohesive and end-to-end solutionWe require:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, preferred6+ years hands-on experience with SAP Finance (FI) modulesproven track record of 2 full-cycle SAP implementations in complex, regional or global environmentsin-depth understanding of finance business processes (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Profitability Analysis, etc.)strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into sustainable solutionsexcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities, with experience engaging stakeholders at all organizational levelsSAP certification(s) related to Finance or S/4HANA is highly desirablefluency in English, both written and spokenNice to have:
experience in SAP/ABAP debugging and developmentfamiliarity with SAP Activate methodology, Clean Core principles or SAP Signavioexperience serving clients in specific sectors (e.g., manufacturing, retail, automotive, or consumer goods) and tailoring solutions to unique industry requirementsability to excel within high-performing teams while independently managing responsibilities, making sound decisions, and exercising good judgmentproactive & adaptable mindset - individual who can seamlessly adapt to evolving requirements and dynamic project landscapesproficiency in German is advantageous for certain client engagements and communication needsWhy would you join us?
