**Job Description:**
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Senior Scheduling** **Manager** to join our team supporting our Federal client in the Washington DC area! In this role you will provide onsite support at the client office and ultimately lead a team of construction schedulers at multiple construction sites **.**
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Act as a Company representative with the client during the program execution.
+ Assist client to determine specific scheduling support requirements to execute expanding construction program including:
+ build and maintain a program-level Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) which includes major milestones and deliverables from construction contractor project schedules
+ perform program schedule analysis to include: Metrics, Critical Path, Float, and schedule variances
+ monitor vendor schedule performance to include weekly and monthly variances.
+ utilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances.
+ act as scheduling subject expert and mentor the program scheduling staff
+ propose processes that will aid Integrated Scheduling.
+ Mobilize company resources, through liaison with construction management resources in other offices, new hires or specialty subcontractors to create project teams capable of completing effective, quality work
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ 12+ years of experience directing and overseeing schedulers in support of multi-$M Federal client construction programs
+ BS Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
+ Developed expertise utilizing Primavera P6 and its earlier versions including its report generation capabilities
+ Highly experienced in preparing or analyzing Time-Impact-Analysis (TIA) as it relates to time extension requests or claims
+ Direct experience developing and managing IMS for Federal construction programs, including experience with technical program management
+ US Citizenship required
**What Desired Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Broad knowledge and experience executing construction project scheduling for Federal facilities and related infrastructure including: barracks, classroom/training facilities, marine docks, ship repair dry dock facilities, administrative buildings
+ Certification as a PMP with the Project Management Institute (PMI) or CCM with the Construction Management Association of American (CMAA)
+ Registration from the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE) as a Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP)
+ Developed soft skills working as part of a team with Federal clients
+ Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
+ Proven ability for performing in a lead capacity on a project.

Salary Range: $120,800.00 - $217,400.00
