Senior Scientist, Pharmacokinetics
**Job Description** **SUMMARY OF JOB:** + Develops, optimizes, and validates bioanalytical assays to measure drug levels and immunogenicity activities (when applicable) in biological matrices, by utilizing ligand binding assay and/or chromatographic tandem mass spectrometric assay platforms, in support of nonclinical and clinical sample testing + Applies technical and departmental knowledge to assist in experiment design + Develops into a technical expert and scientific contributor **PRIMARY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Conducts bioanalytical work to a high degree of quality and rigor, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines + Perform immunogenicity assay development, qualification/validation and sample analysis, in support of preclinical and clinical studies + Develops regulated bioanalytical methods for the quantitation of therapeutic drug candidates using ligand binding assay and/or LC-MS/MS based platforms + Generates quality data in support of preclinical and clinical studies + Communicates results effectively in presentations to stakeholders in partner organizations or at external scientific meetings, and participate on cross-functional teams + Contributes to authoring of method development reports, test methods, qualification and validation reports, and study reports + A team player with excellent oral and written communication skills as evidenced by scientific publications and presentations at scientific meetings. + Familiarity with the basic principles of regulated bioanalysis and Good Laboratory Practice + Experience supporting the bioanalysis of different biotherapeutic modalities **BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:** + Degree in Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Cell Biology, Biology, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry or a related Biological Sciences discipline + BA/BS with at least 7 years, MS with 3 years, or Ph.D. with hands-on experience in a related field.
