Qualis is seeking an experienced Senior Scientist to support test documentation and data collection services for the West Desert Test Center (WDTC) at Dugway Proving Ground (DPG), UT. This is a full-time position. 

Essential Functions 

Responsible for the development of technically sound, test related documentation. Works closely with the Government POC and customers to understand the customer’s testing requirements and desires. Works with the Government POC and WDTC staff to identify the testing methods and procedures that will satisfy the customer’s needs. Provide technical documentation identifying procedures, test design, and validation of new test fixtures. Responsible for writing portions of the test plan dealing with testing procedures and quality control. May be responsible for the overall management of all specific test- related documentation and verifying that all documents are properly controlled and stored. Work with Government technical POC to ensure all test-related documents have been reviewed by the appropriate technical staff for data analysis, test data accuracy, and technical accuracy of test conclusions. Must be capable of planning, organizing, and executing methodology development projects.
