The position is contingent upon award of the United States Strategic Command SCITLS contract. **Responsibilities:** Scrum Master, Senior: + Serves as interface between product team and IT Shared Services + Ensures Definition of Done requirements are met at product level + Facilitates all product team scrum ceremonies + Gathers and monitors team-related metrics + Instills and provides guidance on ASF practices within team + Assists in removing blocks for teammates + Participates in all product and software lifecycles, particularly those dealing with Release Management and Construction + Serves as front-line manager for cross-functional product team + Collaborates with senior management on product team initiatives + Defines Agile procedures or standards to execute Scrum Master tasks + Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments + Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments + Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned by leadership to meet mission requirements and support USSTRATCOM objectives.
