Our Product and Technology teams are the Worldpayers behind the game-changing products and digital experiences we’re best known for. Striving for better, they never stand still — delivering impactful innovations that power transactions across the world.
Hosted Payment Pages is a talented, creative group working together to build and maintain the Worldpay Hosted Payment Pages. Our clients range from small and medium businesses to some of the world’s largest brands. We use global collaboration to support global clients.

What you’ll own
Act as Scrum Master for two cross functional teams on Hosted Payment Pages
Coach and mentor individuals and teams in agile practices
Capture and report metrics, and contribute to ongoing improvement
Support the agile community within Worldpay
Facilitation of ceremonies, planning activities, brainstorming and ad-hoc discussions
Close relationship building with our Product representatives
Nurture a culture of collaborative innovation
Encourage experimentation
Communicate and mitigate risks and/or issues
Where you’ll own it

What you bring
5+ years of experience in Agile Development, preferably SAFe.
Proven track record of managing staff and teams; enabling their development and growth.
Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills.
Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction.
Scaled Agile Certification or other relevant qualifications.
Ability to adapt & excel in a changing and fast paced environment.
