To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com (https://www.cibc.com/en/about-cibc.html) **What You'll Be Doing** You will be joining the CIBC's Business Banking, CAM, Contact Centre Technology (BCCT) team as a Sr. Scrum Master where you will advocate the Scrum process, model agile behaviors, and help bring a product vision to life in cooperation with the product owner and development team. Using your skills in conflict resolution and continuous improvement, you’ll navigate your projects beyond barriers to enable team success as well as use your expertise in project management & agile methodology to make recommendations for continuous improvements in all project deliverables. _At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Facilitate a range of scrum activities, including Sprint, Daily Scrums, Retrospective Meetings, and Backlog Refinement. Actively promote agile and scrum methodology across the business to enable quick, effective, and meaningful transformation. + **Collaboration –** Work closely with development teams and product owners to discover and implement scrum best practices. Communicate key updates to stakeholders, and balance their demands as needed. Collaborate with Agile Coaches to ensure there is alignment with the Agile Delivery Framework, and provide feedback on an ongoing basis. + **Coaching –** Leverage your expertise to educate individuals and teams about agile and scrum methodologies. Coach development teams to implement scrum practices to drive change.
