Job Description:\n

Semper Valens is seeking an Scrum Master to support a large Air Force IT enterprise Cyber Weapons System Program in San Antonio, TX.\n

Requirements\n\nLead and guide your team ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Stand-Ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review\/Retrospective.\nCreate meeting minutes, action items, and tool updates as needed in accordance with ceremony results.\nWork to remove team impediments and escalate impediments to Project Leads that cannot be resolved at the team level.\nCollaborate with the Product Owner and other development team members to perform backlog refinement.\nEnsure all team features, stories, and tasks are aligned and maintained in project software development lifecycle.\nProvide agile coaching as required to scrum team members.\nHelp the team set realistic objectives for Feature and Sprint delivery timeframes.\nShape team behavior through excellent management via the agile method.\nKeep external stakeholders, collaborators, and other interested parties well-informed on team progress and activities.\n\n

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role \n\n10+ years' relevant work experience with Masters Degree\nBachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience can substitute for Masters Degree\n1+ years of experience at scaled agile frameworks\nProven experience with large-scale data management and software integration projects.\nExperience in project management, including financials\/budget management, and risk\/issue mitigation\nExperience evangelizing and training teams in agile adoption\nProven experience on a project with many impacted users\nSecret with TS\/SCI eligibility. TS\/SCI preferred.\nCertified Scrum Master\n\n
