Our clients represent Risk, Finance, HR, CAO, Audit, Legal, Compliance, Financial Crime, Capital Markets, Personal and Commercial Banking and Wealth Management. We also lead the development of digital tools and platforms to enhance collaboration.
The role is part of Policy and Governance Technology Team within GFT, focusing on delivering projects utilizing Archer vendor platform for risk initiatives supporting Group Risk Management and Global Cyber Security businesses.

Job Description
What will you do?
Act as a servant leader coaching Agile teams to improve collaboration and delivery.Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile best practices are followed.Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement in team performance.Guide teams in Agile principles, fostering a high-performance culture.Promote transparency and accountability through Agile metrics and reporting.Drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality goals are met.Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations while ensuring project alignment.Track progress using Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, DevOps) and optimize workflows.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.Oversee project financials, ensuring budgets, forecasts, and costs are managed effectively.Must-Have's :
Agile & Scrum Expertise – Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles. 3 - 5 yearsProject Management – Strong ability to manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies. 5+ YearsFacilitation & Coaching – Skilled in leading Agile ceremonies and coaching teams.Stakeholder Management – Ability to communicate effectively with leadership, product, and engineering teams.Problem-Solving & Impediment Removal – Proactively identifies and resolves team blockers.Financial & Budget Management – Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, and costs.Agile Tools Proficiency – Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.Certifications – CSM or equivalentNice-to-Have:
