This role requires being onsite 3 days a week in Atlanta, GA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to guide Agile processes, support self-organizing teams, and ensure timely software delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, assist with backlog management, and remove impediments to drive project success.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.Team Empowerment: Help teams self-organize and manage their work efficiently, ensuring focus on sprint goals.Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with Product Owners, Technical Product Managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth development and delivery.Coach Teams on Agile: Guide the team in adopting Agile practices and principles, fostering continuous improvement.Remove Impediments: Identify and resolve any blockers affecting the team’s progress, escalating when necessary.Monitor Progress: Track sprint goals and ensure the team stays on track, addressing issues as they arise.Support Release Management: Ensure all pre-release tasks are completed and keep all parties informed about release timelines.Defect Management: Assist in managing defects and ensuring quick resolution.

Required Experience:

4-7 years of experience in Agile development.Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.Proven leadership experience in driving successful project outcomes.

The base salary range for this position is $91,457 - $137,186 , plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
