About the Role:

The Oracle Local Global Global Industry Unit (LGGIU) is a brand-new organization that is in the process of designing & developing a suite of SaaS applications for the state & local government markets using cutting edge technologies. These are exciting times in our space - we are growing fast, still at an early stage, and working on ambitious new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities                 

Develop quality standards and procedures in testing Write and update test specifications, create and maintain test scripts Execute tests – manual, automated, regression, smoke, performance Collaborate with other team members on assignments

Relevant Experience & Skills

At least 6+ years of software testing or related experience Thorough understanding of testing methodologies and improve test processes, tooling etc. Experience with automated testing Key Technology Skills  Selenium WebDriver Cucumber Java TestNG/JUnit Experience with API testing and tools (RestAssured, RestTemplate, HttpClient) Oracle database, MySQL (experience with MS SQL and/or NoSQL is a plus) Experience testing SaaS based products Issue tracking and collaboration (Jira and Confluence) Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field Soft Skills Passionate about testing and has an eye for quality Passionate for constant learning Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

Docker Kubernetes Relevant certification in testing (Like ISTQB etc)
