This position is located in Irvine, CA and offers the following schedule:

CoStar Group is currently looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to be a major contributor to this effort.
As SEO Specialist, your knowledge will go beyond keyword optimization and meta tags. You will possess the inventiveness to get black hat results using nothing less than 100% white hat techniques - at all times having the core business objectives as your goal. You will understand that SEO is a team effort, requires a broad organizational understanding and you will be part of the team that will drive that message.
Responsibilities
Serve as one of our in-house SEO experts.Draft specifications for SEO related requirements.Continually audit site and performance to identify areas needing SEO improvements.Develop and monitor site analytics reports, perform A/B tests and track effect on KPIs.Work closely with product management, developers, marketing and our content team to drive traffic generating initiatives across the organization.Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College5+ years of experience in Search Engine Optimization rolesStrong verbal and written communication skillsMust be metrics driven, with the ability to create reports to track and analyze SEO performance.Experience with Google Analytics and SEO tools such SEMRUSH, Conductor, BrightEdge and Ahrefs.Great at keyword research and discovering new opportunities to drive traffic.Able to keep ahead of the latest search industry trends and algorithm changes and align current and future projects with those developments.Understand how site architecture affects SEO and possess knowledge of web server log file analysis.Understand the components of Core Web Vitals, their effect on SEO, and how to improve them.Understand schema.org and how it impacts SEO.Capable of working with content management systems and drafting basic SEO text.Experience and create detailed user stories and product specifications for development.Understand what is needed to track activity and create reports & charts in order to visualize & analyze the performance of SEO updates.A track record of commitment to prior employees.Preferred Qualifications
Some form of product management, project management, software development and/or analytics experience a plus.Experience with log analysis tools such as Botify or DeepCrawl.Background in the real estate industry.SEO experience with large, consumer facing national websites.Experience with AI tools and integrating AI generated content onto SEO landing pages.What’s in it for you?
