About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Securities Operations Representative.

In this role, you will:

Perform a variety of operational tasks for complex securities or process extensive knowledge of systemsProvide ideas for improving or implementing processesPerform moderately complex duties such as processing, researching inquires and reconciling transactionsReview time sensitive documentsProvide training or work direction to less experienced staffAddress compliance and corporate governance issues for the departmentLead or participate in projectsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with internal customersReceive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Securities Operations experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Completed bachelor's degree in any courseBlended experience in customer service and processingExperience in customer service and demonstrates ability to anticipate customer’s needsExcellent problem solving, analytical and technical skills with ability to apply critical judgment and come up with effective decisions.Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency for detailed documentation with ability to validate work.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and perform under pressure with a high motivation and able to meet stringent deadlines with strong sense of urgency and results and detail orientation.Excellent Interpersonal skills - people and process managementWiling to work on permanent night shift schedule that follow US holidaysAmenable to 100% onsite reporting in Five/Neo Building 31st Street Bonifacio Global Taguig City
