Approve service request & review client documents related to account opening and maintenance, and update the customer’s brokerage account accordingly. Escalate team members’ concerns department and request to Account opening and maintenance Escalation by either sending an email or instant message to the escalation team or by assigning the Agent Desktop Case to the respective escalation department (AOM-PHP) to ensure that client needs and expectations are met on a timely basis.Initiates outbound calls to branch if further research or escalation is required to help branch WFA team members , financial advisors and client associates on account opening and other updates/maintenance.Posting End Date:
