Job Expectations:
The Senior Securities Operations Representative position is within the Advisory Maintenance and Setup department of Wells Fargo Advisors.
The Advisory Maintenance and Setup team is responsible for the processing of Service requests coming from all sub firms (sales channels) that utilize the Wells Fargo Advisory programs – depending on the product type (Financial Advisor – Client directed programs, Mutual Fund programs or Separately managed account programs. This includes the establishment of new accounts, maintenance of existing accounts, trade facilitation for certain products, account terminations, and ongoing billing of accounts.
The team is not responsible for brokerage account opening but more on adding specific Advisory programs to the retail/brokerage account handled by individual FA or CA.
