Senior Security Engineer
Overview Intuit values the security of customer and employee data, across multiple enterprise platforms, against insider risk. Our Workforce Security Data Loss Prevention ( DLP ) team is on strategic forefront to secure and protect the Intuit Ecosystem, as the industry transforms with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, The ideal candidate will join a team of motivated & creative security engineers with a passion for solving complex security problems through technology. We are seeking a Senior Security Engineer to design and implement Data Loss Protection capabilities for complex security use cases, identifying bad actor threat behaviors and preventing/reducing malicious behavior within Intuit platforms ecosystem. You will be on the forefront, using and securing with AI technology. You will play a critical role in understanding & identifying security risk and apply strong engineering skill to implement end to end solutions. What you'll bring + BS/MS in Computer Science or related area or equivalent relevant experience + 6+ years of Data Loss Prevention ( DLP ) & Privilege Elevation Security Experience. + Strong Analytical, Problem solving, and creative mindset + Experience with using and securing ML/AI is a strong plus. + Strong experience with industry Security Products ( Netskope, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, CyberArk ) with Python, JSON, Jira skills, and AWS. + Strong experience with deploying and managing DLP security products. + Excellent communication skills. Communicates clearly, succinctly, and persuasively to all levels of employees, customers, and management + Strong DevOps and SecOp Experience + Experience with various Software Development Lifecycle Process ( Agile Development, SCRUM methodologies. Etc.) How you will lead + Partner with stakeholders ( leaders, architects, engineers, and business units ) to understand security risk and to collaborate on design, development, deployment and supporting complex end-to-end security capabilities. + Works on significant initiatives that are broad in scope and complexity, may cross several functional and organizational boundaries, and cover a wide range of issues + Responsible for evaluating, influencing, and recommending technology and product direction. Leverage AI/ML to accelerate the velocity to secure the enterprise. + Stay up-to-date on the latest GenAI security threats/usage and trends through continuous research and professional development. + Monitor and analyze GenAI security data and detect worker behavior patterns and facilitate implemented policies to prevent suspicious activities. + Contribute to the design and architecture of the projects, by creating and maintaining technical documentation, technical specifications, and test plans. + Develops, deploys, and operates security controls from endpoint agents, security policies, and downstream feeds/reporting. + Keep up to date on the latest technologies and industry trends and apply innovative solutions to solve customer problems. + Develops a culture of innovation on the team and encourages to explore new ideas Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $163,500 - 221,000, Southern California $155,500 - 210,500.
