  Senior Security Specialist 

Primary location: Krakow, Poland

 

We are seeking a Senior Secruity Specialist  to the Digital Infrastracture and Support team. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise on security architecture, solutions, and controls for Digital infrastructure and Support -services.

 

This position is located in Poland, Krakow including hybrid options (3 days in a week work in the office).

 

 

What you'll do

 

● Consult, Design, Develop and oversee the comprehensive security for Digital infrastructure and Support -services.

● Ensure Digital infrastructure -services security follows Metso’s security directives and policies.

● Provide technical expertise on security architecture, solutions, and controls for Digital infrastructure and Support -services.

● Lead and support infrastructure teams in vulnerability management, risk analysis, and remediation plan development.

● Collaborate with teams to enhance business continuity plans by incorporating robust security practices.

● Support Metso Minerals teams to raise awareness and knowledge of security.

 

Other responsibilities

● Design and Develop possible ISO2700x and IEC 62443 certifications

 

 

Your qualifications & experience

 

●  Proven experience in information security, encompassing software development security, network security, infrastructure security, and cloud services (particularly Azure and Defender portfolio).

●  Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others to adopt and implement security best practices.

●  At least 5-8 years’ experience in various security roles.

●  Strong written and verbal communication skills.

●  Solid understanding of infrastructure, cloud and software development security risks, with a proven ability to manage them effectively.

●  Familiarity with ITIL and SDLC methodologies is a plus.

●  Possessing relevant security certification(s) is a benefit.
